Mittens, a thriving hub for professional drivers, travellers, and farmers, providing comprehensive services ranging from urgent care, gas, food and drink, rest facilities, laundry, truck repair, and servicing, to bulk purchases of oil, fuel, and lubricants. They even offer a dedicated credit line for professional drivers, farmers, and businesses.

The Mittens website had aged. It was falling behind modern standards, both visually and functionally, making it less user-friendly for those on the move who form the backbone of their clientele. It wasn't the vibrant, energetic, or empowering platform that mirrored the spirit of Mittens.

Our strategy was twofold. Firstly, a brand refresh to realign Mittens with its core values and the expectations of its clientele. Secondly, a total overhaul of the website, bringing it up to speed with modern web development practices, improving its functionality, and creating a more user-friendly experience for all users.

We developed a vibrant colour scheme, energized typography, and a fresh set of graphics, delivering a revitalized brand that radiates strength, trust, and dedication. After re-establishing the brand, we tackled the website. We designed a responsive layout, making it equally accessible and enjoyable on all devices, critical for the on-the-go audience that Mittens caters to.

We simplified the navigation to allow users to quickly find the services they need without hassle. The use of large, clear icons and easy-to-read texts ensure that even in a hurry, users can get where they want to be in a few taps or clicks.
Integrating the refreshed brand elements, the website is now a visual representation of the physical Mittens experience, offering a user-friendly digital platform that’s as invigorating as stepping into a Mittens stop.
