Happy Carrot is a software as service (SaaS) company who makes a software for human resources departments of mid-to-large size companies.
The software allows people to get real-world rewards for the work they do.
We created a modern brand identity Happy Carrot can be proud of, we assisted them with product strategy, we wrote the copy for their new website.
Discovery
We gathered all major stakeholders in one place and went through our selected exercises in order to understand the project and also help the team align and focus on what we should be doing.
Most people thought their name meant they were a gambling company
Over the years, their customers started to drop off and from market research they’ve found people started seeing them as a “tired” and “old” brand.
They were one of the first people to come up with this type of software and they have more experience than anyone else on the market
