Lawn & Looms - 3D Webflow Site with GSAP Motion An interactive Webflow build for a Pakistani textile brand, using GSAP for scroll-driven animation and 3D visual transitions across the site. Lawn & Looms is a Pakistani lawn fabric brand built around in-house ink production and digital textile printing. The brief was to make that craft process feel physical and premium online, not just list products on a template.

I built the site in Webflow with GSAP handling the motion layer: scroll-triggered reveals, layered 3D transitions between sections, and staggered content animation as the ink-to-fabric story unfolds down the page. The "from a drop of ink to a length of lawn" section is the centerpiece, three process stages (ink, print, fabric) that animate in sequence as the user scrolls, rather than sitting as static copy blocks.

The site also had to work as a real commerce funnel, not just a brand showcase, so it connects into a separate Shopify storefront for checkout while keeping the CMS-driven collection previews, exhibition updates, and certifications (GOTS, ISO 9001/14001/45001) manageable without touching code.

Performance was the main constraint working against the animation. Getting GSAP's ScrollTrigger to stay smooth on mobile while still running layered 3D transforms took real tuning, not just dropping in the library and calling it done.
