Rechitta — AI Real Estate Platform (Framer Build)

A full marketing site rebuild for a Dubai proptech startup, including a working live-product demo embedded directly in the page.

Rechitta is an AI intelligence layer for Dubai's off-plan property market — developers upload a project once, and Rechitta turns it into a living, voice-driven briefing that any broker can open instantly, in any language. I rebuilt their marketing site in Framer end to end, working directly against the founder's brand guidelines: a dark, gold-on-zinc visual system, Playfair Display and Inter typography, and a strict no-hype copy standard.

The centerpiece is a custom Spline-generated orb integrated as the site's persistent brand identity, rebuilt as a scroll-reactive hero element sitting behind the headline, alongside a hand-built animated aurora background running as a lightweight embedded canvas layer rather than a heavier video asset. Beyond the visual system, the build includes a fully responsive three-breakpoint layout, a custom CMS-driven blog, a working live-product demo embedded directly into the trust section so visitors can interact with the actual briefing experience rather than a static screenshot, and a notch-style navigation component rebuilt around Rechitta's own wordmark and logo lockup.

The result is a production site now live at rechitta.com — built, styled, and shipped entirely inside Framer, with the interactive and animation work handled through custom code embeds where the platform's native tools ran out.
