Field research was conducted with a keen focus on understanding the unique aspects and core features of this project: I compiled a SWOT analysis of our competitors, examining their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the market, gaining valuable insights to inform our own strategy. I analyzed direct and indirect competitors to find the best methods for representing projects and nested levels within the interface, based on a list of essential features for our project. Additionally, I explored various approaches for representing the chatbox effectively, ensuring seamless integration and intuitive user interaction.

I crafted two moodboards inspired by modern market trends and user preferences, integrating the client’s logo. These visual representations helped set design direction for the project.

I developed the project’s architecture after a thorough preliminary analysis and in close collaboration with the client. This process involved integrating their vision with research findings to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
