“My goal is to fully modernize our web presence, moving it from an outdated information resource to a high-performing digital platform. I aim to elevate user engagement and optimize key user journeys to increase conversion rates in line with current UX standards.”

I approached the redesign as a strategic website transformation
rather than a simple visual refresh. Through competitor research, 
UX analysis, and content restructuring, we identified opportunities 
to improve usability, navigation, and overall brand perception.
The result is a modern, scalable website with clearer user journeys, improved information architecture, and stronger visual storytelling that better communicates PEN Manufacturing's expertise 
and builds trust with potential clients.
The project covers a new homepage, a full set of internal pages (About, Services, Manufacturing Portfolio, Quality, Careers, Contact, Blog), and a visual system built around Montserrat typography and a blue-based color palette.
Mobile and tablet versions were designed separately to keep the experience consistent across devices.
