UI/UX Redesign for Industrial Company Website

Victoriia Barabash

Pen Manufacturing - a precision metal fabrication company. The old site was dense and hard to navigate, so the goal was to simplify the structure and make it easier to find information and take action.

Client Request 📩 “My goal is to fully modernize our web presence, moving it from an outdated information resource to a high-performing digital platform. I aim to elevate user engagement and optimize key user journeys to increase conversion rates in line with current UX standards.” Solution 💡 I approached the redesign as a strategic website transformation
rather than a simple visual refresh. Through competitor research,
UX analysis, and content restructuring, we identified opportunities
to improve usability, navigation, and overall brand perception. The result is a modern, scalable website with clearer user journeys, improved information architecture, and stronger visual storytelling that better communicates PEN Manufacturing's expertise
and builds trust with potential clients.

The project covers a new homepage, a full set of internal pages (About, Services, Manufacturing Portfolio, Quality, Careers, Contact, Blog), and a visual system built around Montserrat typography and a blue-based color palette.

Mobile and tablet versions were designed separately to keep the experience consistent across devices.
