Overview
Students often struggle to build good habits because most habit tracker apps aren’t designed for their needs. These apps can feel rigid, unmotivating, and lack the flexibility needed to adjust to a student’s lifestyle.
Many also focus too much on streaks instead of long-term progress, which can be discouraging when someone misses a day. Tracking habits should feel helpful, not like another task to worry about.
