For this project we are migrating a customers from QuickBooks to FreshBooks. (This is an ongoing project so the details may change)

Since they are a new client we are making sure QuickBooks is in order by:

Checking that all transactions are match correctly

Ensuring all accounts have been reconciled and are up to date

Setting up the Chart of Accounts in FreshBooks

Migrating all clients from QuickBooks to Fresh Book

Migrating all vendors from QuickBooks to Fresh Books

Running QuickBooks and FreshBooks side by side for a short time to ensure accuracy
