As a Freelance No-/Low-Code Software Engineer at Quatt, I spearheaded the development and implementation of various automation and integration solutions to enhance productivity and streamline operations for the sales and logistics teams. Key accomplishments during my tenure include:

• Internal Tools Development: Designed and built internal tools used daily by over 50 sales representatives, leading to a 2.5x increase in productivity, from generating 2 quotes per day to 5 quotes per day.

• Customer Journey Automation: Automated critical steps of the customer journey, including the generation of quotes, processing payments, and handling subsidy requests for heat pumps, significantly improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• System Integrations: Successfully integrated HubSpot and Stripe into the existing workflows, enabling seamless data flow and enhanced operational efficiency.

• Saving Check Tool: Developed an interactive questionnaire for the company website, allowing visitors to calculate potential savings from installing a heat pump based on their personalized situations, driving engagement and lead generation.
