The Challenge: Kandu Arts struggled with creating a consistent and powerful social presence, resulting in minimal follower growth on Instagram and Facebook, two critical platforms for their target market. One of the primary issues Kandu Arts faced was the lack of consistent branding cues across their social media platforms which are crucial for building strong brand recognition and ensuring that the audience can easily identify and form a loyal connection.
Additionally, the broad scope of Kandu Arts’ work often appeared confusing to their audience. Their social media channels lacked a clear and concise explanation of their diverse activities and objectives. Our goal was to streamline and clarify their messaging to effectively communicate who they are and what they do to reach a wider audience.

The Strategy

To address the challenges faced by Kandu Arts, we developed a comprehensive content calendar aimed at enhancing their social media presence and increasing follower engagement. The calendar featured a diverse mix of content types, including highlights from events, behind-the-scenes posts, and promotions of their events and services.
Additionally, we incorporated well-researched awareness days relevant to their industry, allowing Kandu Arts to participate in broader conversations and increase visibility during these key moments. This approach also enabled them to show support for specific social issues, further aligning their brand with their core values and mission.

Execution

Engaging with the audience is crucial for building a loyal and active community. We actively interacted with followers by promptly responding to comments and messages as well as engaging with likeminded businesses. This not only fostered a sense of community but also demonstrated that Kandu Arts valued their audience’s input and engagement.
We also researched and identified local groups to share event information, expanding their reach within the community. Performance was closely monitored using social media analytics tools, allowing us to adjust strategies based on data insights
