Recognizing the value of Value Stream Mapping (VSM) as a cornerstone for efficiency, I mentored not only teams but also Agile coaches. This involved going beyond the theoretical knowledge gained through certifications. My extensive, 10+ year experience with VSM across diverse IT departments allowed me to provide practical guidance and support. I facilitated workshops, coached them through real-world applications, and shared valuable tips gleaned from my experience.
