We restructured Freddie’s Fit Club services from naming to pricing to create a clearer and more professional offering. User research guided the customization of experiences for diverse profiles around the world, supported by a service blueprint mapping challenges, sales, and execution stages.

We also designed a dashboard to facilitate participant check-ins, encourage accountability, and track challenge progress, supporting both in-person and online training experiences.
