Project Overview
SUPRPortal is a visual feedback and collaboration platform built for designers, agencies, and product teams. It allows users to upload designs, add comments directly on the image, track versions, and share projects with clients through secure guest links.
The goal was to create an ultra-fast, intuitive tool that removes the friction typically found in design review workflows. I built the entire MVP — from multi-asset project architecture to pin-based commenting and guest access — with a focus on clean UX and real-time clarity.
Project Goals
Build a simple, fast visual feedback tool for designers and teams.
Support multi-asset projects with version control.
Enable pin-based comments, threads, and replies.
Allow clients to view projects without creating an account.
Create a clean dashboard for managing projects, assets, versions, and comments.
Ensure the UI feels lightweight, responsive, and frictionless.
My Role (Full Stack MVP Builder)
I handled the full end-to-end development, including project logic, version handling, commenting engine, guest access, and the complete interface.
Key contributions include:
Multi-asset project architecture with support for future file types (PDF, video).
Pin-based comments, threads, replies, and image attachments.
Version system with metadata, previews, and switching.
Guest sharing system with project-level permissions.
Clean dashboard for users to manage projects, assets, and feedback.
Mobile-responsive UI, fast navigation, and optimized UX for reviewers.
Conclusion
This project allowed me to build a production-ready visual feedback tool that designers and teams can instantly use without training. The MVP delivers a smooth experience for sharing assets, collecting comments, reviewing versions, and collaborating with clients through simple guest links.
SUPRPortal is now growing into a full collaboration platform with clean architecture built for fast iteration and long-term scalability.
