SaaS Billboards is a two sided marketplace that connects SaaS founders with advertisers. The platform lets SaaS companies list ad spots on their landing pages, while advertisers can browse, compare, and bid on monthly placements.

I built the entire MVP from scratch — including the listing flow, analytics verification, scoring logic, and a clean, modern UI for both publishers and advertisers. The marketplace was designed to ship fast, scale cleanly, and automate as many steps as possible.
