Brand Merchandise Mockup System

What we're building A repeatable system that takes one finalized logo + brand color palette and produces realistic, consistent mockups of that logo applied across multiple merchandise types (t-shirt, tote, mug, packaging, cap, etc.) in one batch run, with the logo pixels untouched and colors locked to brand spec.

Problem it solves (for the case study) Brands need to see their identity applied across real products before committing to production, but generating those mockups one at a time is slow, and AI compositing tools have a specific failure mode: they redraw or distort the logo itself when placing it into a new scene, and they drift off the brand's actual hex values. This workflow solves both a batch pipeline that applies one locked logo across many product contexts simultaneously, with a built-in check against logo distortion and color drift, so the output is client-presentable rather than "close enough."

Step-by-step build Step 1 - Image Node: Master Logo Add an Image node in upload mode. Upload your finalized logo file. Label it "Master Logo." Step 2 - Upload needed: one blank product reference photo per merchandise type. These can be your own photos, stock, or blank mockup templates anything showing the product without a logo on it. Step 3 - Text Node "Add a logo on the t-shirt with the "faxSIPIT™" logo, ensuring that the sizing, lighting, and texture remain consistent with the existing design. The new logo should seamlessly integrate into the same position where the original logo was located." Step 4 - Image Node: Composite Logo onto Products Add an Image node, model: Nano Banana 2 then connect three inputs: the text node (step 3) then Uploaded Image (Step 2) and the Master Logo (Step 1). Step 5 - Export Export the final mockup
