Launching Wombi — Building an E-Bike Startup from 0→1 Wombi was preparing to launch as the first e-bike subscription company in the U.S., with no existing operational or marketing systems in place. My role was to develop the company’s launch strategy, build operational processes, and drive customer acquisition in the pre-seed phase.
I collaborated with designers, developers, and leadership to build Wombi’s digital presence. I operated pre-launch marketing via Instagram, Facebook, and event activations across Los Angeles. Over time, I built SOPs, service playbooks, and multi-city launch plans to support expansion.
Successfully launched with the first 100 paying customers within 30 days. Established scalable operations that supported rapid growth into new markets and corporate contracts with Amazon and Google.
