Foxelli

My experience as a designer at Foxelli was a unique and technically oriented venture that allowed me to harness my skills in a different dimension of the design world. Collaborating with this e-commerce business provided me with a valuable perspective on the intricacies of product imagery and branding materials.

Unlike some of my other creative design projects, this particular endeavor veered more towards the technical side of the spectrum. My primary responsibilities revolved around photo retouching, creating different scenery for product imagery, and the creation of fresh perspectives for the product images. It was fascinating to delve deep into the world of visual enhancements, fine-tuning every detail to ensure that the products not only looked impeccable but also resonated with the target audience.

One of the distinctive aspects of this project was the task of replacing the human models wearing various articles with stock photos from Shutterstock. This required a keen eye for detail and a knack for seamlessly integrating new elements into the existing images. It was a meticulous process that demanded precision and a deep understanding of the brand's image. By replacing models with stock photos, we aimed to present the products in a more versatile and relatable manner, catering to a broader range of potential customers.

In this role, I discovered the importance of consistency and cohesion in branding materials. Every image I worked on needed to align with Foxelli's established aesthetic and messaging. It was an exercise in not just design but also strategic thinking, as each image played a crucial role in shaping the overall perception of the brand. This project stretched my creative boundaries in unexpected ways, prompting me to think critically about how design can influence consumer behavior and brand loyalty.

Ultimately, my experience at Foxelli was a testament to the diverse nature of the design field. While I had previously been immersed in more artistic and imaginative projects, this venture allowed me to hone my technical skills and sharpen my attention to detail.
