Reading Genius UI Design for Speed Reading Application

Challenge: The client wanted a digital tool to help users dramatically improve reading speed and comprehension, ensuring the UI would make high‑performance learning feel approachable, clear and motivating across mobile and tablet devices. Solution: I designed a sleek, mobile‑first interface with an intuitive onboarding flow (“Set your reading goal → Start session → Track progress”). Core features included a live wpm (words per minute) tracker, visually‑led session stats, simplified navigation between training modules, and a progressive UI that evolves as the user improves. The visual design uses calm colours, clean typography and progress‑based visuals to reinforce achievement and reduce cognitive load. Outcome: The resulting design communicates high‑performance reading enhancement in a user‑friendly way. Users can start sessions instantly, see their speed and comprehension improve over time, and feel motivated to return. The app sets a benchmark for speed‑reading tools by combining functional clarity with a premium learning experience.
