Customer Portal UX/UI Design for PestScan

PestScan is a European SaaS company that provides digital tools for pest control businesses. Their platform helps technicians and clients manage visits, reports, and compliance documents easily through web and mobile apps.

The client needed a new customer portal that would give their users (business clients) a clear overview of visits, reports, and performance data.

The goals were:

Improve user experience and navigation

Create a modern, clean dashboard UI

Make complex data (reports, statistics, tasks) easy to understand visually

Prepare designs ready for development in Figma

I worked as UX/UI Designer and Researcher, responsible for the full process — from research to final presentation.

Research & Analysis – I studied PestScan’s existing product and competitor dashboards to understand user needs and pain points.

Wireframes – Created low-fidelity wireframes focusing on structure, layout, and logical flow.

UX Design – Defined user journeys for main tasks like checking reports, recommendations, and scheduling visits.

UI Design – Designed clean, minimal interfaces in Figma, matching PestScan’s branding (light theme, blue accents, simple icons).

Prototype & Presentation – Built interactive prototypes in Figma (Play Mode) and presented them to the client for feedback.

All designs were approved on the first review, and the client was very satisfied with the clarity and usability. The portal is now being implemented by their development team, and the successful delivery led to a long-term contract for future product design work.
