The home page, featuring a simple greeting with emojis and a "How are you feeling today?" question, encourages emotional check-ins, building a personal connection with users. The "Drag to Debug Your Thoughts" slider elegantly transitions users into the Personal Journal, offering a private space for reflection, note-keeping, and image attachments.

2️⃣ The Challenges Zone introduces gamification with swipeable cards and a reward system called "Liner points," promoting engagement and healthy competition. The UI design in this section mirrors the intuitive flow of dating apps but retains its unique purpose through dynamic, motivational challenges. Additionally, the profile dashboard features visual streak graphs and badges, giving users a clear, engaging view of their progress and fostering motivation through achievements.
