Project Overview
Many furniture eCommerce platforms struggle with usability issues that lead to frustration and abandoned purchases. Studies show that:
Poor navigation and cluttered interfaces are major pain points for users, making it hard to find products efficiently.
Cart abandonment rates are high in eCommerce due to complex checkout processes and unexpected costs.
This project aimed to streamline the furniture shopping experience by improving navigation, simplifying product discovery, and reducing friction in the buying process.
