Yesterday I posted 2 hero directions for this B2B health insurance company homepage.
Most people chose the direction with the shield.
And honestly… it aligned more with the actual problem the brand needed to solve:
Trust.
So I took that direction and transformed the full homepage experience around it.
The original website felt visually outdated and harder to trust at first glance.
The new direction focused on solving: → weak hierarchy → poor trust perception → hard-to-scan sections → overwhelming layouts → unclear visual flow
Sometimes the problem isn’t the product, It’s how difficult the experience feels to understand.
