In this project I created a Project Management Platform using Sharepoint Online.

All the metadata for the projects are customized for this specific client according to his requirements. Having the projects organized with this metadata, filtering and grouping projects is easy and convinient to use.

It has a customized automatic field called "ProjectId" that follows a desired rule asked by the client to setup a common structure for each project identifier. In this case, the Project Id is the year + a correlative number of projects.

When a project is created, a folder structure is also automatically created to define permission levels for each type of document.

The documents created inside each project or folder automatically inherit the customized metadata of the project.
