FRAIA AI is a dual-sided AI platform built to help universities make institutional knowledge accessible, reliable, and scalable. I led product design across strategy, system architecture, user experience, and branding.

Universities struggled to make institutional knowledge accessible to students in a reliable and scalable way. Academic materials, internal documents, and learning resources were fragmented across systems, while existing AI tools lacked governance, accuracy, and university-level control.

I designed FRAIA AI as a dual-sided platform: an internal AI knowledge system for universities and a student-facing AI application powered by institution-owned data.

University platform: An internal SaaS platform that enables universities to upload, structure, and manage approved knowledge sources, define access permissions, and govern AI behavior.

Student AI application: A university-distributed AI app that allows students to query academic knowledge and receive contextual, institution-specific answers based on curated data.

Brand system: A full branding system for easy use.

Fraia AI was adopted by Chulalongkorn University in Thailand, where the student AI application reached 861 downloads on the 1st day of launch. Early traction validated the platform’s value and led to interest from multiple other universities in Thailand exploring the adoption of the AI knowledge system.

The man behind our brand! Mo knew exactly how to shape our products and make our brand come to life.
