Project Overview:

Backed by Y Combinator, Candytrail is an AI startup that automates the sales pipeline by finding perfect leads, booking prospects, and uncovering upsell opportunities. Their core suite features an Outbound Agent for autonomous sales outreach and an AI Coach that transcribes calls to extract high-intent customer keywords. Starting entirely from scratch with no prior digital presence, Candytrail partnered with Capi Product to design their very first website—a foundational digital storefront needed to clearly introduce their advanced AI solutions to the market.

Challenge:

As a brand-new startup, Candytrail faced two main hurdles. First, without an existing website, they lacked the marketing materials needed to prove their credibility and build trust with large enterprise clients. Second, their AI sales solutions are highly complex and "invisible" by nature, making it difficult to clearly communicate how the product works to potential buyers.

Our Role:

Our job was to turn their complex technology into a clear, visual story. Working closely with their team, we analyzed their requirements and UI references and crafted an overall visual concept that uses intuitive graphics to illustrate their AI solutions simply and effectively.

We executed the project through:
UI/UX Design: Designing a homepage and two product pages that clearly structured.
Framer Development: Building the live website on Framer to ensure a fast launch speed, while making it incredibly easy for their team to manage and update content in the future.

Process:

To meet Candytrail's tight launch schedule, we took advantage of an agile, overlapping workflow:
Establishing the visual concept: We defined a premium, high-tech dark theme enriched with neon pink accents to match the cutting-edge nature of their AI technology.
Executing the UI Design: We mapped out and designed the three core pages, focusing heavily on creating custom UI illustrations that explain their abstract services.
Simultaneous Framer development: Instead of waiting for the design phase to close, our developers began building the foundation on Framer at the same time to accelerate the timeline.
Real-time adjustments: This concurrent setup allowed us to apply the client's feedback directly to the live staging site, ensuring a fast and frictionless final delivery.

Result:

Within a short timeframe, Candytrail successfully transitioned from having zero digital presence to launching an enterprise-ready website that instantly commands trust. The sophisticated dark theme, combined with polished glassmorphism elements, positions them not just as a new startup, but as an established leader in the AI agent space.
The biggest success of the project lies in how clearly the complex AI solutions are communicated. Instead of relying on heavy blocks of text, we visualized their technology through hyper-realistic software mockups.
For the Outbound Agent, we used node-based flowcharts and sleek calendar interfaces to show exactly how leads are booked.
For the AI Coach, we designed tangible dashboard components—such as audio transcript players highlighting specific conversation keywords and tracker scoring cards.
This approach makes their abstract AI feel like a tangible, ready-to-use software product, helping potential buyers immediately grasp the business value.
