Recreation of Bundle Opp dashboard created at previous company using sample (not real) data. Sales Executives requested a dashboard to track the success of a new Bundled product offering. Continuation of the new product offering was directly tied to metrics tracked in this dashboard. Key metrics requested by Sales Executives:
Total won opp revenue with quarterly goal
Count of won opps
Avg deal size of won opps with quarterly goal
Breakdown of opps by current sales stage
Opp Win Rate %
Program channel allocation % with goal - Overall dashboard filter for current/previous QTR
