I gave iDrop Premium Apple Resellers, a real Apple Authorised store in Sulthan Bathery, Wayanad, an operational glow-up.

The story: iDrop already had a sharp-looking website, but behind it, everything ran manually through WhatsApp. Reservations, trade-ins, repairs, warranty claims… all by hand, nothing tracked.
