Project description I designed an automation that captures Google Forms responses and automatically creates a new deal in HubSpot CRM, sends a confirmation email via Gmail, and posts a notification to Slack for the team. This end-to-end workflow ensures leads are instantly processed, acknowledged, and shared with the team without manual intervention.
Process
Trigger: New Google Forms response submitted.
CRM Integration: Automatically create a new deal/contact in HubSpot with the form details.
Email Notification: Send a personalized confirmation email to the lead using Gmail.
Team Alert: Send a structured Slack message to notify the sales/marketing team in real time.
