WhatsApp Business Cloud Automation with Gmail & Google Sheets

Project description I developed an automation that collects and organizes WhatsApp Business Cloud messages. The workflow aggregates incoming messages, sends them via Gmail in a structured format to the responsible person or team, and stores all message details in Google Sheets for tracking and analysis.

Trigger: WhatsApp Business Cloud detects a new incoming message.

Text Aggregation: Multiple message parts are combined into one clean text block for clarity.

Email Notification: The aggregated message is sent to the designated email inbox via Gmail.

Data Storage: The message content and metadata are logged into Google Sheets for record-keeping and reporting.
