AI Lead Generation & Qualification System (Fully Automated Outreach Pipeline)

Overview

A client needed a scalable way to consistently generate qualified leads without manually searching, researching, and filtering prospects every day. Their team was spending several hours daily collecting contacts, checking company information, and deciding whether leads were worth contacting.
The process was slow, inconsistent, and difficult to scale.
I designed and deployed an end-to-end AI automation system that automatically finds, enriches, qualifies, and organizes leads into a ready-to-contact pipeline.

The Problem

Before automation, the workflow looked like this:
• Manual prospect research • Copy-pasting company data • Checking websites and LinkedIn profiles • Guessing lead quality • Updating spreadsheets manually
This resulted in:

My Solution

I built an automated lead acquisition and qualification system using n8n and AI processing.

Scores and labels lead quality

The system uses AI reasoning to evaluate whether a company is actually relevant before it reaches the client’s outreach stage. It acts as a digital research assistant + data analyst combined.

Ongoing Use

The workflow continues to run automatically and can be adapted to different industries by adjusting the Ideal Customer Profile rules and AI qualification logic.
