Client: Leprino Foods Company Duration: November 2019 – August 2021 Description: As the sole HR Project Manager, I led the design, build, testing, and rollout of a new HRIS system for nine U.S. manufacturing plants. I coordinated with teams across multiple locations and countries to ensure seamless implementation. I also led change management efforts, introduced detailed HR metrics dashboards, and executed process improvement initiatives across all facilities.
