AIVOA.AI – AI-Powered QMS Customer Complaint Management System
AIVOA.AI is a full-stack Quality Management System (QMS) designed to simplify and automate customer complaint handling in pharmaceutical manufacturing (API & FDF). Instead of manually entering complaint details from emails, PDFs, or call notes, the platform uses Generative AI to extract, organize, and validate information automatically.
Built with FastAPI, React, LangGraph, and Groq Llama 3.3 70B, the application reduces manual data entry, improves accuracy, and speeds up complaint registration while supporting quality and regulatory workflows.
