There are 2 user interfaces: one dedicated to the freelancer, and the other to the client.

In this interface, freelancers can:

centralize their contacts

create projects, and assign contacts to them

create and customize their client portal

add documentation to the project, specifying the type of documentation, whether validation is required, and if payment is needed

create their own backlog and use the drag-and-drop functionality to evolve the project

request actions from clients

Report time via the time tracker module

In this interface, clients can:

find all the contact information of the freelancer (name, email, calendar, video call link, etc.)

access all documents related to the ongoing project:

track the time spent on the project by the freelancer

monitor the project's progress via the task manager

Freelancers can use Linkflow and create one project for free for 14 days.

After that, I’ve integrated a payment system with monthly or annual subscription options via Stripe.
