DAFT3 Social Media Campaign

Shania Horner

An Overview

When I began working with the Department of the Air Force Technology Transfer and Transition Program Office, their social media strategy lacked consistency, uniformity, and a clear schedule. I streamlined their approach, improving post organization and engagement across platforms. This contributed to a 25% increase in followers on all channels. Through regular and strategic posts, I helped create a more cohesive and effective online presence for the program.

The Objectives

Establish a consistent posting schedule across all platforms
Introduce new social media channels, such as Instagram
Create a cohesive and uniform visual identity for posts
Increase audience engagement through interactive content
Improve follower growth by targeting relevant audiences
Enhance content quality, making it more modern and relevant to the program's mission
Track and analyze performance to optimize future posts and campaigns.
