Manually scheduling meetings, creating Zoom links, updating calendars, and sending confirmation emails wastes valuable time. This project automates the entire booking flow — from the moment a client picks a time to the confirmation landing in their inbox.

HOW I BUILT IT

I built an automated Zap that connects 4 tools into one smooth workflow:

Calendly Trigger — activates when a client books a Discovery Call

Zoom — automatically creates a unique meeting link

Google Calendar — adds a detailed event with meeting info

Gmail — sends a personalized confirmation email with the Zoom link

Everything happens instantly, with zero manual work.
