ABOUT THE PROJECT

Small businesses lose customers every day because they can't reply to messages fast enough. This project solves that by building a smart n8n automation that acts like a virtual assistant — capturing leads, replying instantly, and alerting the business owner in real time.

THE CHALLENGE

The business owner was:

Getting messages from WhatsApp, Instagram, and email daily

Too busy to reply on time

Losing customers to competitors due to slow responses

Missing sales opportunities while sleeping or working

HOW I BUILT IT

I designed an automated workflow in n8n that connects multiple tools into one smooth system:

Webhook captures the incoming lead

Google Sheets stores the customer's details automatically

Gmail sends a personalized welcome email

Twilio sends an instant SMS/WhatsApp reply

Telegram alerts the business owner to follow up
