Built an AI-driven system using n8n and Groq AI that automatically qualifies leads, scores them as HOT or COLD, and sends personalized responses instantly — helping sales teams focus only on high-intent buyers.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Not every lead is ready to buy. Sales teams waste hours manually sorting inquiries, replying slowly, or missing hot prospects. This project uses AI to solve that — automatically analyzing each lead's intent and responding with the right message at the right time.

The business was struggling with:

Too many incoming inquiries to sort manually

Sales team wasting time on unqualified leads

Slow response times causing lost opportunities

HOW I BUILT IT

I designed an intelligent workflow in n8n that connects with Groq AI to qualify leads automatically:

Webhook captures the incoming lead

HTTP Request sends the lead's data to Groq AI for analysis

JavaScript Code processes the AI response and scores the lead

If Condition routes the lead based on score (HOT or COLD)

Google Sheets logs qualified and unqualified leads separately

Personalized emails are sent instantly based on lead quality
