·         Situation: Our group sought to revolutionize credit analytics through the launch of an innovative product called Project CASPER (Credit Analytics Suite for Performance Management). The goal was to automate credit reports using intuitive Tableau dashboards, leading to significant time and cost savings, with nearly 1000 users experiencing a daily time reduction of 15 minutes per user, the savings translated to $5 per user or $5,000 per day. Annually, this amounts to an impressive cost saving of approximately $1 million for the group.     Task: As the team lead for project CASPER, my responsibilities included:

1.     Organizing and conducting weekly catch-up calls with the team to track milestones, address any obstacles, and gather feedback.

2.     Developing workflows using Python & Alteryx and creating data pipelines with SQL.

3.     Hosting biweekly meetings with business stakeholders to showcase progress, gather feedback on areas for improvement, and discuss further developments.

4.     Providing updates to regional managers and senior management teams at the group level on project timelines, challenges faced, and support needed. Action: My team and I collaborated closely to execute the project:

1.     We designed and built Tableau dashboards to display credit reports effectively, highlighting KPIs requiring action and making the information easily consumable and user-friendly.

2.     The dashboards were tailored to measure various KPI metrics, such as TAT delays for diverse client documentation tracked by client delivery teams, shortfall monitoring for client limits, and credit facility utilization for client managers and risk approvers.        Result: The successful implementation of Project CASPER led to:

1.     A daily time reduction of 15 minutes per user, translating to $5 per user or $5,000 per day in savings.

2.     An impressive annual cost-saving of approximately $1 million for the group.

3.     Enhanced overall efficiency and user satisfaction due to the streamlined approach and user-friendly dashboards.

This initiative showcases the value of data-driven innovation and the positive impact of my leadership and the team's dedication on the organization's financial performance.
