The roomLift Process

After completing a brief questionnaire, you will receive an emailed link from your designer. This link will be used to share photos and the dimensions of your space. At this stage, you can also discuss which furniture pieces you want to replace or keep in the final design. 
After that, you and the Designer will chat over the phone to get an understanding of the vision and budget of your reno. 
To officially kick off the design process, you will be sent to a secure landing page to pay for your roomLift box. You can pay in full or in 4 installments. We accept payments through Visa, Mastercard, Chase, and American Express. 
After that, you can pat yourself on the back and let your Designer get to work!
In just 3-4 short weeks you will receive your custom roomLift box in the mail. A USPS tracking number will be provided once it is on its way.

After receiving your box, you have the option of scheduling another 30-minute call to go over the contents and the best next steps. Don’t forget: notes and recommendations should be in your box already, so this is just an extra if you need it!

We are seasoned veterans in the interior design industry, and we know just how hard it is to get all the dominoes lined up in the beginning. You may have the time to DIY your entire reno, but then you won’t have access to our exclusive partner discounts and the expertise we want to share with you.

“What if I don’t like my roomLift box?”

“What is the refund policy?”
There is no refund policy, and for good reason: no one has needed it! 
When you receive your roomLift box, you are in complete control of what happens next. Mix-and-match our recommendations to your heart’s desire to get the outcome that you crave most. roomLift saves you time upfront so you never have to do endless amounts of research. 
“What if my roomLift box never arrives to my house or gets lost in the mail?
We will provide you with a tracking number when your roomLift box is in route. We strongly suggest reaching out to the delivery provider if something goes awry in the shipping process.
“What if I want to renovate another room in the same design as my first? Is there a discount?”
Yes! You can upgrade your roomLift to a houseLift at a 20% discounted rate if you make the switch within 90 days of receiving your roomLift box. 
“$1,500 seems a bit expensive…”
The average expert interior designer charges anywhere between $200-500 an hour! A room renovation can take up to several months as well. That means that you are looking at a potential fee of as much as $6,000…just for the designer's time (not including furniture)!
