Alex Luttery
Except you.
After a long day at work, you come home at the end of it feeling wrung out. Your schedule has been overflowing with meetings and countless emails. The weekdays seem to fly by before you know it.
After a long week of battling your to-do list, you still have stuff on the “back burner” that’s haunting you…
Like renovating that space you’re calling a “storage” room…
Like finally getting rid of that horrible couch you bought in your 20s…
Like painting the walls something other than “real estate agent beige”…
But the weekends are supposed to be set aside for catching up with your friends or doing nothing. Not endless amounts of researching for deals online and hard to follow DIY videos.
Those motivational productivity videos love to say, “Everyone has the same 24 hours in the day.” Well…
You seem to have less hours than everyone else.
You just want to relax after all your hard work, why is that too much to ask for?
We get it, and we’ve been there.
You don’t have time to research the names for your dream style (is it art deco or mid-century modern?).
You don’t have time to find the best deals for that fabulous leather couch you’ve been eyeing.
And you don’t have time to keep stressing out about your room renovation on top of everything else you’ve got going on.
But guess what? You don’t need to.
All those beautiful HGTV results that you love to see? You could have that, too.
With an interior designer to help you with your room renovation, you won’t feel like you’re battling a steep learning curve anymore.
You won’t have to struggle to find vendors and brands to trust for good quality furniture.
You won’t have to get lost in the “Google vortex” every time you have a question about design styles or the best pairings.
Hiring an interior designer for your room reno is like welcoming a new friend into your life. Someone who just “gets” you and knows how to turn your visions into a reality.
Someone who knows a guy that knows a guy.
That’s where we come in.
In 2018, first cousins Megan and Ariel looked at each other and decided enough was enough. After over 10 years in the design fields, they were tired of the barrier between expert design and everyday people.
Hiring an expert designer is often seen as something only for the rich and famous, but why should it?
They, along with several other experienced design professionals, created a team with one mission:
To solve real life design problems for real people while making the world a better place.
Really.
Their customers knew what they wanted but didn’t have the resources or time for the work upfront.
So, in 2018 they kicked down the gate-keep door and started roomLift:
A virtual interior design service that’ll save you headache and heartache by doing all the research for you.
When you choose roomLift for your renovation, you get a personalized box full of samples, floor plans, and purchasing information shipped right to your door.
At roomLift, the interior designers pass along partner discounts from amazing stores like Pottery Barn, West Elm, Lulu and Georgia, and more!
And all you have to do is take 1 questionnaire.
roomLift is the only virtual design company that ships custom boxes to our customers.
If you can Carvana your car, why not roomLift your reno?
And so much more.

Sarah L., Los Angeles, CA - 5 star rating
“You’ve transformed our house into a HOME. I get so much joy just standing in different rooms which are now clean and put-together.”
Mona K., Boston, MA - 5 star rating
“I got the box. I am extremely pleased and playing around with it. Thumbs up completely on the layout, and the best best best find was the Jonathan Adler Chaise!”
Wendy M., Chestertown, MD - 5 star rating
“Thank you for your wonderful business! I’ve worked with designers in my house in the past and I’ve been pleased, but no one could come up with a good solution for this room!!”
When you hire a designer, you are mostly paying for their time. In fact, the average hourly rate for an interior design expert is between $200 to $500 dollars…
Per. Hour.
After the initial consultation, a bunch of meetings, and time spent rendering the design options…
You could be paying up to $6,000 for expert guidance before paint even touches your walls!
And you don’t have time for that.
Our custom roomLift boxes start at $1,500, easily 4 times less than a non-virtual interior design service!
We could be charging more for the time we'll devote to you, but…
We care about people over products.
That’s why a chunk of the money you spend with us goes towards nonprofits that we care about and we plant one tree for every roomLift box purchased.
With roomLift, you will save money, your own precious time, and the world.
See for yourself!
Sara’s Bedroom Reno
“We weren’t prepared to spend a lot of money on the bedroom so we hired Megan to help us design the room within our budget. Megan was amazing! I am SO GLAD we did the dark wall. It looks so rich and marvelous!”
Jennifer & Casey, Austin, TX
"We got so much value from the layout/floor plans that [roomLift] provided and could help with measuring furniture, etc. That was really helpful. I've worked with full service Interior Design and full-service architects before and I like that this service is much more flexible/customizable.
With those other situations, you really feel like you are getting “pregnant" and have to pay so much money and not sure you will even like the outcome."
Brooke H., New York, NY - 5 star rating
“We got a valuable lesson on where we could save and where we could splurge…”
Hundreds of other Lifters have completed their room renovations already, but they won’t get what you’re getting…
Because if you start your room renovation with us this Spring season, you’ll get exclusive access to a brand new tradition at roomLift.
We care about the planet, and we commit to putting our money where our mouth is.
But we want to do so much more.
With Earth Day around the corner, the creators of roomLift want to commemorate our beautiful planet and its people. So we’re offering the chance to order our limited-edition Vegan roomLift box: the Earthbox!
[insert picture of the Earthbox]
Get access to the same amazing style options, now created with natural fibers like organic cotton, recycled materials, vegan leathers, and more!
These special roomLift boxes aren’t easy to create, and the research we put into finding partners with eco-friendly materials takes time.
Because of this, these special edition boxes will only be available from Earth Day (Monday, April 22nd) until June 6th.
That’s only 14 days.
We could price these boxes to be at least $3,000, but we won’t. Since it’s our first year doing this (EVER!) the prices for our Earth Day box start at $2,000…
Still 3 times less than the market value.
Save the planet and create a more eco-friendly room for you and your family for only $500 more!
Save the planet, one reno at a time.
Prices starting at
$3,000
$2,000!
After completing a brief questionnaire, you will receive an emailed link from your designer. This link will be used to share photos and the dimensions of your space. At this stage, you can also discuss which furniture pieces you want to replace or keep in the final design.
After that, you and the Designer will chat over the phone to get an understanding of the vision and budget of your reno.
To officially kick off the design process, you will be sent to a secure landing page to pay for your roomLift box. You can pay in full or in 4 installments. We accept payments through Visa, Mastercard, Chase, and American Express.
After that, you can pat yourself on the back and let your Designer get to work!
In just 3-4 short weeks you will receive your custom roomLift box in the mail. A USPS tracking number will be provided once it is on its way.
We ship boxes all over the United States and to some provinces of Canada. See if we deliver to you here.
