Short description A dark, premium SaaS concept for creative studios. Marketing site, onboarding, studio dashboard and a client portal, designed and built end to end in Astro, React and Tailwind.

Talora is a concept product I designed and built from scratch: a client workspace for design studios and agencies. It brings clients, projects, approvals, invoices and time tracking into one calm place, plus a branded portal where clients can review work and pay.

Most SaaS portfolio pieces stop at the landing page. I wanted to show the full journey, from the first visit to the marketing site all the way to a working product. The result is 27 connected pages that feel like one real product.

The goal was a site that feels calm and premium rather than corporate. I used a dark interface with warm cream and amber accents, desert at dusk photography, and a mix of Manrope with Fraunces italic for accent words.

The site includes the landing page, pricing with a full plan comparison and FAQ, about, changelog, contact, legal pages and a custom 404.

New users get a clean sign up flow and a 4 step onboarding wizard. The studio sets its name, picks a brand colour with a live portal preview, invites teammates and chooses how to start.

This is where the studio runs its business. The dashboard shows revenue, cash flow, active projects, approvals waiting on clients and upcoming deadlines at a glance.

The app also includes a timeline view with milestones, reports with CSV export, and full workspace settings for team, billing, notifications and integrations.

Studios lose hours turning messy call notes into a clear project scope. The AI brief generator takes raw notes and drafts the goal, deliverables, timeline, estimated quote, risks and open questions. With one click, the brief becomes a real project with milestones.

Clients get their own branded portal, designed to be lighter and simpler than the studio app. They visit occasionally and need clarity, not power features. They can follow progress, approve designs, pay invoices, download files and message the studio.

Every screen is connected. An action in the portal changes the studio app in real time, just like a real product.

Every page was designed and tested for mobile, down to a 390px screen. That includes the dashboard, data tables and the client portal.
