Overview
TPG Management, a property management company, needed a modern web presence that reflected the quality and reliability of their services. They came to the project with a detailed Figma design and a clear goal: turn a static concept into a polished, fast, and easy to navigate website that their internal team could plug straight into their backend.
I delivered a fully responsive, high-performance frontend built from scratch across seven pages, converting every screen with pixel accuracy while keeping the codebase clean, scalable, and ready for future growth.
The Challenge
A property management company lives or dies by trust. Prospective tenants and property owners judge credibility within seconds of landing on a site. TPG's design set a high bar visually, so the build had to match it exactly while performing well on every device and handing off cleanly to their development team.
The work needed to satisfy three demands at once: faithful design conversion, strong performance, and a structure their engineers could integrate without rework.

What I Delivered
I built out the full site across all seven core pages, each converted directly from the Figma source and developed for WordPress:
Landing Page: a clear, confidence building first impression that guides visitors toward the services below
Services: a structured breakdown of what TPG offers, easy to scan and act on
Pricing: transparent, well organized plans that reduce friction for decision makers
Multi Family: a dedicated page speaking to a key segment of their market
Our Proven Process: a step by step walkthrough that builds trust by making the experience predictable
About Us: the company story and positioning that reinforce credibility
Areas We Serve: clear geographic coverage so prospects immediately know if TPG fits
Plus all other supporting pages across the site, each built to the same standard.

The Result
The finished build gave TPG a professional, dependable online presence that matches the standard of their real-world service. Just as important, the code was structured so their internal team could integrate the frontend into their backend system with zero modifications, saving handoff time and avoiding the rework that usually eats into a launch timeline.
The outcome is a website that looks the part, performs under real-world conditions, and stays easy to maintain as the business grows.
