Customer-Centric Meeting Management: Utilized Salesmsg API & Calendly for timely and personalized communication with customers, including pre-meeting confirmations, reminders, and status updates centered around the customer's perspective along with post-meeting file management.

CRM Integration: Synchronized data between various platforms (Monday CRM, Keap) to maintain accurate customer information and track progress.

Document Handling: Automated document generation and delivery (DocuSign) based on customer actions and purchase information & integrated Zapier for ease of handling.

Automated Lead Management: Captured leads from Typeform & Squarespace forms and updated relevant systems (Monday CRM, Salesmsg, Keap) for effective follow-up.

Time-Zone Aware Automation: Ensured timely and relevant communications by incorporating customer's time-zone considerations into workflow design.
