This project involved designing and implementing a robust lead nurturing and referral automation system using Make, HubSpot, Mandrill Transactional API & Airtable. The system effectively managed different user segments and guided them through tailored email campaigns.
Key Features:
Lead Capture and Segmentation: Captured user signups from the WordPress website, created contacts in HubSpot, and segmented users into appropriate categories.
Email Campaign Orchestration: Developed intricate email campaigns using Mandrill, with dynamic content and personalized links to drive user engagement.
User Journey Management: Implemented workflows to track user progress through the campaign, sending targeted emails and reminders based on specific actions & stage the user is in currently.
Referral Generation: Facilitated referral generation by capturing referral contacts in Airtable and initiating dedicated referral campaigns via Mandrill API.
Data Management and Analysis: Utilized HubSpot and Airtable to store and analyze user data, enabling lifecycle stage tracking and optimization.
