Description

The animation video aims to promote the Endowment Fund in Surabaya Institute of Technology (ITS), a perpetual fund supporting the Tri Dharma — refers to the three pillars of higher education in Indonesia, encompassing education and teaching, research and development, and community service — activities at ITS Surabaya. The video's duration is 2-3 minutes, employing a lively explainer animation style. It introduces the Endowment Fund, articulate its objectives, and encourage the audience to donate with accessible packages (not necessarily exceeding IDR 50 million) while still receiving a commemorative plaque.

Objective

Engage the audience, particularly new students of ITS Surabaya, to actively participate and donate to the Endowment Fund.
Explain the available small donation packages, emphasizing that contributors can still receive a commemorative plaque. These donation packages include individual packages, community packages, and corporate packages.
Clarifying the locations where these plaques will be displayed, accompanied by technical explanations of their respective dimensions.

Target Audience

Members of the ITS academic community motivated to contribute to the Endowment Fund but lacking sufficient funds for corporate packages (including a plaque). The minimum corporate package is 50 or 100 million Rupiah, and there is currently an option offering a plaque with a smaller donation amount to make the Eternal Fund accessible to a broader range of contributors.

Assessing the Competition

Conducting a brief research on similar promotional video content from other educational institutions to identify current trends, ensuring the uniqueness and authenticity of the video.

Emphasizing the significance of the Endowment Fund as a sustainable source of funding for education and research at ITS Surabaya, urging the audience to contribute and receive plaques at strategic locations within ITS Surabaya.

Tone and Visuals

Employing a tone that is lively, impactful, and persuasive to captivate attention and influence the audience to engage with the Eternal Fund. Utilizing an appealing animation style with charming characters and vibrant color. Visual design should be easily comprehensible, featuring clear text and captivating visuals.

Stray Observations

Ensuring that the conveyed message in the video inspires the audience and fosters emotional involvement. Additionally, it is crucial to align the video's content with the objectives and values of the Endowment Fund at ITS Surabaya.
