European video production company had a strategy to double team size to meet business demands. The project was to enhance & automate existing process using Monday.com to save time & effort. Then to enable the team to embrace and execute the new process.

The Spark ✨

The need surfaced when team members were burning out from the workload. The proposal was made by Paul to use the opportunity to relook at the process, leverage on tools already purchased and empower the team to make more decisions. The CEO was excited by the proposal and very satisfied with the project outcome.

Timeline: 5 months Budget: USD40,000 Deliverables: • Enhanced Process, Decision Making Triage for scenarios of exceptions • Fully automated process on Monday.com for the core Production process, supporting process like recruitment, sales CRM, sourcing partners, team management, continuous improvement and requesting management intervention in projects. • Roll out change program, E-learning modules for all changes for every role on internal learning site, onboarding for all new joiners.
