A manufacturer had the business strategy to sell their products through a franchise system via retail stores. The project was to develop the learning system to support this business strategy by onboarding new joiners and equipping them with the attitudes, skills & knowledge to operate a store.

Their goal was to scale from 10 to 100 stores in 2-3 years. Due to previous experience and success in enabling such scaling and managing change in multinational corporations, Paul was selected to spearhead this project.

Timeline: 9-12 months Budget: USD25,000 Deliverables: • Training Needs Analysis, Learning Map/Matrix • Learning Modules Design (E-Learning & Facilitated Workshops) - Consulting & Sales Skills, Train the Trainer Skills, Supervisory Skills, Product Knowledge, Process Knowledge. • Learning Delivery via E-learning & Facilitated Workshops. Develop basic LMS structure on existing O365 system.
