A lightweight, member-only Applicant Tracking System for HR folks to manage their talent pipeline and candidate submissions.
Develop an algorithm that identifies relevant transferable skills from resumes and LinkedIn profiles and matches them with available jobs on the platform.
Candidates signed up and uploaded their resumes and LinkedIn profiles while our processes extracted all the relevant information and created personalized profiles for every candidate. This information was then used to match them with available jobs on the platform.
Candidates solved AI-generated work assignments which cut down the hiring time to almost 7 days.
