This project focuses on an onboarding process in a crypto wallet app since it has been the most common problem that came to the support desk The goal is to reduce the frequency and the amount of the inquiries about a Seed Phrase loss at the support desk.
Audience:
Newly onboarding users but particularly crypto beginners
Tools:
Figma/Figjam, Canva, Freshdesk, G suite
Problem:
Users, particularly crypto beginners, very frequently lost or forgot their *Seed Phrase after completing the onboarding process on the app to have a profile.
