This was a group project for a skin care company in the UK, which wanted to increase their conversion rate for their free patch test for hair removal.

women in their 30’s who consider hair removal

Problem:
Since there is sufficient demand for hair removal clinics and salons in London, the client wished to have more conversion rate for new customers by booking a free patch test.
The conversion rate was 2%, and as a concrete goal was not provided by the client, the goal we decided was to gain more conversion rate than 2%.
