SpotIt Agency Website Redesign

Overview

Overview

SpotIt is a creative digital agency helping businesses grow with strong branding, sleek websites, and smart marketing. They came to me with a clear mission: redesign their website to reflect who they are—modern, confident, and results-driven—while keeping it functional, scalable, and easy to use. The final site is a smooth, bold experience that turns visitors into clients and gives the internal team the flexibility to manage it effortlessly.

The Challenge

Before jumping into pixels, I sat down with the SpotIt team to understand their voice, vision, and bottlenecks. We ran a lightweight UX audit of the old site and identified three main pain points:
Low conversion from homepage and contact sections
Lack of clarity around services—users didn’t always know what SpotIt really offered
Hard-to-manage content, which meant the team wasn’t updating it often enough
I also ran a quick competitive analysis to understand how similar agencies present themselves and where we could stand out. The insight? Most agency sites look cool—but don’t explain what they actually do.
So we set our sights on creating a site that was clear, confident, and conversion-focused.

Content & Structure

To make the experience smoother for both users and internal editors, I restructured the sitemap and wireframed each core page with a simple guiding question:
“What would a potential client want to know at this point?”
This user-first approach helped inform the flow of information and call-to-actions across:
Homepage
Services overview + individual service pages
Portfolio/case studies
About page
Contact (optimized for lead generation)

Visual Direction & UI

With the content and layout nailed down, I moved into visual design. The SpotIt brand is bold and modern, so I brought that into the UI:
Strong typography for messaging that hits fast
Plenty of white space to let each element breathe
High contrast and clean grid layouts to boost scannability
Subtle animations and hover effects to add delight without distraction
Responsive behavior baked in from day one
Every visual choice supported clarity and trust—two key ingredients when you’re choosing an agency to work with.

Interaction & Conversion Strategy

I used sticky headers for easier navigation
Clear CTAs on every page with strategic placement
CRM integration behind the contact form to simplify lead management
A contact button placed where it’s always visible to make reaching out frictionless

Results & Outcome

The result was a site that finally matched SpotIt’s quality of work. Early metrics showed users were staying longer, the team was finally able to update the site regularly, and inquiries began to rise.
Bounce rates dropped
Average time on site increased
Lead volume went up—all while looking good on mobile and desktop

Final Thoughts

This wasn’t just about making a pretty site. It was about building a tool that actually works. From strategy and UX to UI and implementation, this project is a great reminder that when you lead with clarity and design for real people—good things happen.
